With a background in Public Health and over 10 years of experience in the health field—including work as a Peace Corps volunteer and mental health professional—Emily integrates therapeutic bodywork with a deep understanding of whole-person wellness. Her sessions may include cupping, trigger point release, and myofascial techniques to restore balance and support your long-term health goals.
