Heart Chakra Healing Meditation with Reiki (via Zoom)

You are welcome to join Tya Eachus, Reiki Healer, Chakra Communicator and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy QHHT Facilitator (Level 2) as she guides us through a meditation to help us clear, balance, heal and open our Heart Chakra. Heart Chakra color can be green or pink, and governs our ability to give and receive love. Tya will also teach about Heart Coherence to aid in manifestation of our goals and desires.

The organs associated with heart chakra are the heart, the circulatory system, shoulders, arms and hands, lungs, ribs, breasts, diaphragm and thymus gland.

Crystals that support Heart chakra energy are rose quartz, malachite, aventurine, and jade.

Essential oils that support heart chakra are rose, jasmine and lavender.

Foods that support heart chakra energy are green vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, and leafy greens, green tea, avocados and berries.

After meditation, as we sit in silent reflection, gratitude and peace, Tya sends Reiki Healing Energy to each participant. She relays any chakra messages she receives via private chat message.
