Free Friday Sanctuary: 1-Hour Community Practice (Online)
🩵 Welcome to a Friday Reset!
Your mind and body often carry more stress than you realize, and in this 1-hour online community practice we give ourselves the space to finally breathe and tune into the the body's wisdom-whispers again. We’re creating a simple, supportive hub to replenish inner resources, reclaim our center, and recharge our energy.
🩵 What to Expect:
Some background in energy testing / muscle biofeedback mechanism may be helpful, however no experience or "zen" expertise is required—this is a space to breathe, balance, and belong.
We will combine gentle energy medicine techniques (rooted in Touch for Health*, Eden Energy Medicine*, and more) with a shared community circle to feel lighter and more centered. Whether you’re here for deep relaxation or a simple boost, you have a seat at the lotus circle! :)

- The Practice: Simple, DIY hands-on self-balancing tools you can use to stay more grounded.
- The High-Vibe Close: We end with a restorative moment to anchor our new sense of calm and clarity, and have a closing circle for shares.
