If you have a favourite fragrance-free cream/lotion/gel base, use it as a medium for your personalised potion. The same goes for spray bottle, cream pot, glass jar/bottle - please reuse/recycle your favourites.

This is an online class, and I do not sell product, but I'm happy to teach aromatherapy for personal wellbeing, and share my own favourite recipes with you, such as "Spirit of Cacao" and "Dancing with Angels."

There will be a brief and general intro to aromatherapy, its most common uses, and methods of application. Then we'll blend oils tailored to your needs, and I'll teach you how best to use your personal prescriptive aromatherapy blend.

Let me know what you need: stress relief/relaxation blends, spiritual healing, oils for clearing and focusing the mind, energising blends for sports, treatment for eczema, arthritis, muscular aches and pain, knocks and bruises, insomnia, hay fever, weight management, lymphatic drainage, etc.
