OSHO Dynamic Meditation is a wonderful meditation technique which has helped many people around the world find inner calm, emotional balance and live a happier and healthier life.

Dynamic Meditation will get you moving, shaking and breathing in a totally different way, give your self a treat and come along.

This event is for you if:

  • You want to spend less time in your thinking mind and more time connected to your self
  • You want to do a meditation which is fun and expressive
  • You want to to be more present in the moment and feel a greater sense of relaxation and peace
  • Gain more energy and improve your focus levels
  • Get more in touch with yourself and your spirit to know who you really are

Dynamic Meditation has 5 stages over one hour:
1- Dynamic Rapid Breathing - Focus on exhalation through the nose to get you more into the body
2- Catharsis - Expressing your body how you feel, making sound, plenty of movement to express yourself
3- Grounding/ Jumping - Jumping up and down with your arms in the air, landing on your feet shouting the mantra "Hoo", this allows the energy in your body to flow in the right direction
4 - Freeze - At this point we freeze, and stay with the silence we feel, a blissful part of the meditation in peace
5- Celebration/ Dancing - Finally we dance and celebrate to the music for the final part of the meditation
I will take you through all the stages and answer any questions, you will be listening to music throughout.

PREPARATIONS
• These meditations are intense and are best done on an empty stomach (tea/coffee is OK)
• Wear loose & comfortable clothes
• Bring a blind fold if you want (meditation is done with eyes closed, if this makes it easier.

11:30pm - 11:45am - Opening Circle and Explanation of Dynamic Meditation
11:45am - 12:45pm - Dynamic Meditation
12:45pm - 1:00pm - Final Share and Social
1:00pm + Lunch and after social (Optional)
