Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the US. The data shows around 19% of the US population suffers from an anxiety disorder! These stats are only the tip of the iceberg, as this figure doesn’t consider undiagnosed cases. And let me tell you, the 'adventures' we've all been living through over the last four or so years have NOT helped these stats. If you haven't suffered some some level of ongoing anxiety during these times, you are extremely blessed!
Anyone who has suffered from anxiety (present or past) knows well that it steals the joy from life, and makes everything else a little (or a lot) harder...

Naturopathy offers so much when it comes to addressing and resolving anxiety. This seminar will focus on looking at various holistic options that are simple and effective ways to manage symptoms of anxiety and work towards restoring your emotional health and wellbeing.
