Important
By signing up today you agree that you do not have any signs or symptoms of flu or COVID-19, and have not been in close contact with anyone who has had a positive COVID-19 test in the last two weeks. You also promise to only show up for the event if the above statement is still true on that day.

WHAT IS FASCIA?
Fascia is where most pains start. It is the network of connective tissue that holds our bodies together. When we are stressed, it tightens and constricts. When we relax, it opens up and becomes fluid.

To give you a visual, just imagine the web that holds chicken skin to a chicken breast. It is made of water and collagen and allows our whole body to move and glide smoothly, provided you are well hydrated, otherwise, it might be more like velcro and create knots. It is interwoven in and around bones, muscles, organs... But also holds trauma, stress, and emotions.

Inspired by the holistic approach of The Human Garage, the goal of our workshop is to help you understand, but most importantly feel the voice of your body. As we move through a combination of breaths and stretches, you will provide a safe space for you body to start healing itself.

We will also look at ways you can make your environment one of healing, reducing toxins in your water, air, soap, cloths, food and more...

Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize performance, someone recovering from injury seeking pain relief, or simply interested in deepening your understanding of the body, this workshop offers something for everyone. Join us as we explore the transformative power of fascia and unlock the secrets to a healthier, more vibrant you.

We want these sessions to be FREE for anybody to attend because this type of education is deeply needed. If you feel like supporting us or want to show appreciation, we welcome donations, there will be a box avaiable for that purpose.

As we are meeting at a park on grass, the ground can sometimes be wet, we recommend bringing a yoga mat or waterproof blanket and appropriate comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. We will be offering some tea and fruit.

Waiver:Jonas Schoellkopf, Jaclyn Fernandez, City of Pasadena and Intuitive Integration Therapies are not liable for any injuries that may occur during the event. By making your reservation to attend our sessions, you and your guests accept full responsibility of your person and belongings, waiving any right to hold these entities responsible.

Thank you, we are looking forward to seeing you soon!
