- It's helpful for anyone with anxiety/stress find a sense of calm and peace within
- It can be used for motivation + finding deeper purpose in life
- Other uses: increasing energy, improving focus, helping the lymphathic/cardiovascular system, etc!
What to bring:
- Journal + pen
- [Optional] blanket, yoga mat, or towel
- [Optional] extra sweaters!
- [Optional] extra pillow
- [Optional] water
