Holistic Yoga in the Park
Details
Our practice will be Hatha Vinyasa style, incorporating the 5 key elements of a holistic yoga class:
- Asana (physical postures)
- Pranayama (breathwork)
- Mantra
- Meditation
- Yogic Philosophy
All are more than welcome to join. Please bring:
- A yoga mat (or towel if you don’t have one)
- A water bottle
- Blocks (optional for extra support)
- Kindness
The class is donation-based; I believe yoga and mindfulness should be accessible to all people regardless of resources. I can’t wait to meet you and share this practice!
