Our practice will be Hatha Vinyasa style, incorporating the 5 key elements of a holistic yoga class:

  1. Asana (physical postures)
  2. Pranayama (breathwork)
  3. Mantra
  4. Meditation
  5. Yogic Philosophy

All are more than welcome to join. Please bring:

  • A yoga mat (or towel if you don’t have one)
  • A water bottle
  • Blocks (optional for extra support)
  • Kindness

The class is donation-based; I believe yoga and mindfulness should be accessible to all people regardless of resources. I can’t wait to meet you and share this practice!
