Cacao and Sound Bath

Join us for a heart opening Sound Bath and Cacao gathering, followed by an optional 5D New Earth Consciousness Creation discussion and meditation.

Cacao and Sound Bath – Beginning at 3:30
We will join in a guided clearing meditation, enjoying ceremonial cacao to open our hearts, then use crystal bowls and other light sounds to relax your body and sooth your energy.

Come with your intentions and whatever materials will help you get comfortable physically as we will be laying down for the sound bath. Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your space and get comfortable.

Suggestions: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask or towel to cover your eyes, etc…

Should you choose to stay after the sound bath, there will be a conscious discussion to aid in creating New Earth. We will be dreaming big and using visualization and our imaginations to bring in higher vibrations and abundance codes. This is meant to uplift, strengthen and hold the Light for our community.
