Curious about how gentle touch can help the body unwind stress, tension, and emotional holding patterns?
This experiential class is an introduction to Cranial Sacral Care, a subtle, calming modality that works with the body’s natural rhythms to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and self-healing.
We’ll explore how slowing down, listening, and offering safe, intentional touch can help the body shift out of survival mode and into rest, repair, and balance.
This is not a certification or medical training—it’s a felt experience, designed to be accessible, grounding, and supportive for everyday humans.
### What We’ll Explore:
- A simple, easy-to-understand overview of the cranial sacral system
- How stress, emotions, and life experiences can show up in the body
- Gentle, safe touch techniques you can use with yourself or loved ones
- Partnered practice (fully optional—consent and comfort are always honored)
- How to listen to the body rather than “fix” it
- Creating a sense of safety, presence, and deep calm
This class is slow, nurturing, and intentionally spacious. Think nervous system exhale, not doing or striving.
### Who This Class Is For:
- Anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or chronically “on”
- Bodyworkers, yoga teachers, caregivers, or curious beginners
- Parents, partners, or friends wanting gentle tools to support others
- Humans interested in somatic awareness, embodiment, or subtle healing
- Anyone who wants to feel more regulated, grounded, and connected
No prior experience necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
### What You Might Feel After:
- Deep relaxation or a sense of lightness
- A calmer, quieter nervous system
- Emotional release or clarity
- Better body awareness and presence
- That “something shifted, but I can’t quite explain it” feeling
Everyone’s experience is unique—and all responses are welcome.
