This is a Holistic Meditation Group for anyone wanting to learn the fundamental basics of meditation and looking to implement a sustainable and long-lasting practice which works in tandem with every aspect of life!

Meditation is a healing modality used in mind-body therapies with proven benefits that can help to improve mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and is an ancient practice which teaches us to live in the present moment, giving us a sense of long-lasting fulfilment.

Holistic Meditation is an approach which draws upon techniques such as breathwork, mindfulness, ambient sound and metta meditations to relieve the mind, body and spirit from external stressors caused by unexpected life challenges.  

Therefore, this Holistic Meditation group aims to create a community of meditators looking to cultivate inner harmony and balance within their lives and welcomes those who are happy to join in weekly guided meditations with the aim to relieve stress, mental fatigue and emotional exhaustion.
