At Simply-Helping Retreats, we hold space for every guest to embark on a transformative journey—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—within a community of women who have shared the honor and challenge of military service. Through a blend of healing techniques, guided meditations, gentle yoga, optional beginner aerial yoga (based on group interest), creative projects, meaningful group and private discussions, and daily energy-clearing sessions, you’ll find time and space to explore, process, and heal. Whether you choose moments of personal reflection, connection with nature, or meaningful exchanges with fellow veteran women, the journey is yours to shape.
While guided meditations and yoga are key elements, our true mission is to support your long-term growth and wellbeing. Holly believes in providing accessible, simple healing techniques and energy-clearing practices to empower every guest with lasting benefits and tools for life.
Guided by our core philosophy, "L.Y.F.E." - Love Yourself First Everyday, this retreat emphasizes the importance of self-care as a source of strength and renewal. Taking care of yourself is essential—not selfish—and creates the foundation to care for others and thrive.
Daily group healing circles will help align your chakras and clear physical, emotional, mental, and energetic/spiritual bodies, inviting deep relaxation and new possibilities for growth. We understand that healing is a journey, and it is an honor to walk this path with a group that understands the unique challenges faced by women veterans.
Participation is entirely your choice—engage fully in the planned activities, find stillness in nature, or connect one-on-one with other guests. Our goal is to provide a supportive space tailored to your needs, so you leave not only refreshed but equipped with tools to continue your healing journey."
Sample Schedule
Simply-Helping Retreats create flexible schedules, customized to meet the needs of each group. Weather permitting, activities such as yoga, healing circles, and meals may be held on the beach, enhancing your connection to nature and amplifying the healing experience with the ocean waves as a backdrop.

Day 1
*16:00 Arrive and check-in
*18:30 Lite Dinner
*19:30 Evening meditation with group healing circle
*22:00 Lights out
Day 2 and day 3
*08:00 Lite breakfast
*08:45 Group wellness workshop
*09:30 Gentle yoga/movement class or aerial yoga class (based on the group)
*10:30 Group healing circle
*11:30 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)
Beach time weather permitting
*12:15 Lunch break
*13:00 Creative project for you and your inner child
*16:00 Yoga/movement (aerial yoga)
*17:00 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)
*18:30 Dinner
*19:30 Evening meditation and energy healing/clearing - (under the stars weather permitting)
*22:00 Lights out
Day 4
*08:00 Light breakfast
*08:45 Group wellness workshop or gentle yoga/movement class
*09:15 Group healing circle to remove excess energy or thoughts before heading home

"I arrived a bit nervous and was greeted so warmly that any apprehension quickly dissolved. Holly’s home is very well suited for a retreat. There was a good bit of stretching and yoga, but that wasn’t all. Presentations and activities that were all geared toward spiritual and physical well-being were also included, although nothing was mandatory. We had nice weather for November, but not warm enough to enjoy the beautiful pool.
Holly requested information on any dietary needs or preferences, so the delicious home cooked meals were tailored to each individual with alternative options served.
