The guiding principle of our retreats, "L.Y.F.E." - Love Yourself First Everyday, serves as a reminder: nurturing yourself from within is the foundation for caring for others and everything else in your life. Self-care is never selfish; it’s essential.

Throughout the retreat, you'll join daily group healing circles focused on aligning your chakras and clearing your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic/spiritual bodies. This holistic approach allows you to relax deeply and open yourself to new possibilities.

Holly’s passion lies in helping clients online through Zoom, but these retreats offer the unique and transformative opportunity for in-person guidance. The tools and techniques shared during your stay are yours to continue using long after you leave, helping you sustain and build on the progress you've made.

With that said, as part of our holistic approach to wellness, this retreat will feature nourishing cleansing beverages, smoothies and detox smoothies designed to cleanse and revitalize your body from the inside out. Packed with nutrient-rich ingredients and crafted to support digestion and energy balance, these smoothies offer a gentle way to reset your system. Each blend is thoughtfully curated to help eliminate toxins, promote vitality, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Participation is always up to you—you can engage fully in scheduled activities, enjoy time in nature, read, journal, or spend quiet moments with our furry companion.

Simply-Helping Retreats create flexible schedules, customized to meet the needs of each group. Weather permitting, activities such as yoga, healing circles, and meals may be held on the beach, enhancing your connection to nature and amplifying the healing experience with the ocean waves as a backdrop.

From the moment you arrive, everything is taken care of for you. S-H will have handled all the details: from food to accommodations, activities to items needed and extra healing sessions when you need them the most. Allowing you to “simply“ relax and heal.
