## 🌿 Holistiq x CLAW – Women’s Health Circle: Understanding & Supporting PMS
A holistic evening dedicated to women’s hormonal health, combining education and mindful movement to better understand and support PMS.
This Women’s Health Circle brings together the Holistiq and CLAW communities for a supportive, grounding experience — moving from understanding to embodiment.

## 🧠 Part 1 – Holistic Talk at Claw (5:30–6:30 pm)
The evening begins with an accessible, science-informed talk led by a Holistiq expert, designed to help women better understand PMS and feel more supported throughout their cycle.
Key topics include:
- What PMS is and why it happens
- Common symptoms such as mood changes, bloating, fatigue, sleep disturbances, cravings, and brain fog
- A holistic view on hormonal balance: lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and nervous system regulation
- When Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) may be useful — and its limitations
The focus is on practical, empowering tools that women can integrate into daily life.
## 🧘♀️ Part 2 – Movement & Integration at CLAW (6:30–7:30 pm)
Booking required through Claw Collective after RSVP - Price CHF 39.
Participants then take part to a yoga session designed specifically to support the premenstrual phase.
This session focuses on:
- Grounding and relaxation
- Releasing physical and emotional tension
- Regulating the nervous system
- Supporting hormonal balance through gentle, mindful movement
This second part allows participants to embody and integrate what was learned during the talk.
