Walk Around Windmill Island

Come enjoy a morning walk around Windmill Island before the heat of the day! The walkways are paved and there are benches throughout. They added a new picnic area inside the park. Bring a snack (if you wish), we can visit after our walk at the picnic area. And if you’d like, take a tour inside the windmill (lots of steps).

Windmill Island is free to all Holland Residents (49423 & 49424), you just need to show your ID with your home address on it. (if you arrive after 9:30, just let the person at the ticket booth know that you are a Holland Resident). The ticket booth opens at 9:30, you are allowed to enter the park before 9:30. (Windmill Island is a City Park).

*We have annual dues of $10 a year. However, you are allowed to attend 2 events for free to decide if Newcomers is right for you*
