My friend Juan Niño, a retired professional Colombian soccer player, recently moved to Holly Springs, GA. As part of his lifelong routine of early workouts, I’ve started joining him in his morning sessions. I asked if I could invite our neighbors to join us, and he loved the idea, so I created this group.

Come and join us every morning from 7:50 AM to 8:50 AM at Hickory Trails Park. Just show up, have fun, and enjoy the process!

Let’s start the day with good energy, great company, and a little sweat!

This is a free community workout open to everyone, from beginners to high-performance athletes. Participants aged 15 and older are welcome (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).

We’ll be doing a mix of walking, light jogging, body-weight exercises, and higher-intensity running. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and adjust based on your fitness level.

Coach Nino will guide the session and adapt activities as needed. If possible, bring a fitness watch or pulse-tracking device to monitor your heart rate.

If you have any health conditions, please participate only in exercises that are safe for you, at your own discretion and responsibility. The goal of this workout is to promote fitness, friendship, and fun in a supportive community environment.
