Easy-Pace Trail Run & Fitness Q&A at Umstead

Join us for a light, social run starting at Old Reedy Creek Trailhead, 2139 Old Reedy Creek Road, Cary, NC 27513 (we’ll meet by the bathrooms) and head into Umstead! We’ll keep an easy pace, covering about 2+ hours on mostly flat trails with gentle inclines, making it ideal for all paces. Enjoy the beautiful, shaded paths through the park, and feel free to ask any health or fitness questions during or after the run—I'm here to help! Even if the event is full, please feel free to join.
