
What we’re about
This is a group for people who are interested in healthy living and want to loose weight through exercise and nutrition. This is an outdoor, group fitness class that will help participants to get in shape, gain more energy and improve self-image. The group will meet at Holland Park on Saturdays for dragon boat training and at the Young Circle Park in Hollywood twice a week for an hour and perform a number of moderate-high cardio and strengthening exercises to target all the problem areas of the body. Additional nutrition analysis and meal plan is included for all the participants who sign up for a 60-day weight-loss challenge.
