Buckets of Joy - better than paint and sip!
Details
Join us for a Buckets of Joy community art experience at Fred Lippman Community Center, where creativity, care for the earth, and community come together.
Participants will transform upcycled buckets into colorful, functional works of art that can be used for planting, beach cleanups, community projects, or everyday use. Each bucket becomes a tool for action—showing how small, creative choices can make a positive impact.
This is a hands-on, family-friendly event open to all ages and skill levels. No art experience needed—just come ready to create and have fun.
What to expect:
• 🎨 Painting and decorating upcycled buckets
• 🌱 Ideas for using buckets as planters
• 🌊 Learning how buckets can support beach and neighborhood cleanups
• ♻️ Simple lessons on reuse, sustainability, and environmental care
• 🤝 A welcoming space to create and connect together
All materials provided while supplies last.
Come paint, imagine, and leave with a bucket full of joy—and a reminder that caring for our community and environment can be creative, useful, and fun.
