Yes this is a paid group .
Started as a free group however I was forced to turn into a paid group..why ? ...simply because on the very first beach day 9 people RSVPs and NOBODY showed up ! (6 guys and 3 women ) the weather was very nice so no excuses for not a single show up !(second time that I have this experience with a Meetup group)
This group is for those who want to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf without worrying about judgement because of your body type or your choice of swimwear or clothing you might wear .
If you've experienced body shaming in the past this group is for you and if you don't want to be judged for what you wear at the beach this group is also for you
Better if you like the ocean ,walks on the beach,playing frisbee,etc,etc
PLEASE :
if you join the group join only if you have the real intention of joining us at the beach so please show up at events
All bodies types and all ages are welcome from super thin to super thick
Whether you prefer a one piece bikini, a burkini , pants and a shirt , shorts ,shirt shorts , a thong swimsuit, g-string ,etc,etc all swimwear styles are welcome here.
Let's come together to celebrate our bodies and swimwear choices/ clothing and enjoy the beach in all its glory.
Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or just looking to relax by the water, this group is the perfect place to meet like-minded individuals and have a great time at Hollywood Beach.If you been waiting to wear your not so popular swimsuit or clothing style this is your opportunity to rock it with confidence regardless of your body type
Beach days will be saturdays or sundays from aprox. 11 am until 3-4 pm at a designated beach in Hollywood FL (bring your beach umbrellas and suntan lotion)
Possibility of adding a 2nd beach day (weekday ,as long as some members are available) Also possibility of enjoying beach days at Crandon Park Beach in Key Biscayne in the near future
