Holosomatic Bodywork is a holistic approach that works with the understanding that emotions, stress and unresolved life experiences are held in the nervous system, the muscles, and the breath. They often show up as tension, fatigue, disconnection, anxiety, or feeling stuck.
Holosomatic bodywork honors the body as a doorway to expansion.
In this circle, we create space for the body to speak — and for the mind to soften enough to listen.
This is a practice of coming home.
Through guided breath, somatic awareness, body pressure points, and energetic opening, holosomatic bodywork supports the release of what the body is ready to let go of, allowing more ease, clarity, and embodiment to emerge.
I bring in a shamanic energy to the session, which I have worked with and infuse in my work. It connects with the energy of the roots and the soil - where all begins. 🌿
