I am a Certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator and have facilitated Holotropic Breathwork Workshops for over a decade. This event is an introduction to Holotropic Breathwork that is being held in Venice where there will be an introductory talk followed by a powerful one hour mini-breathwork experience. When you participate in a Breathwork Workshop, you can experience an expanded state of awareness where your mind chatter subsides.
