### THE ART OF POWER — POWER DYNAMICS
Power is the ability to access your deepest desires, express them fully, and use them to influence others and the world around you.
We will explore the invisible dynamics that shape our relationships and influence how they unfold: strength and vulnerability, dominance and surrender, and how these polarities transform the flow of love, power, and influence.
When you learn to navigate these power dynamics with skill and subtlety, your relationship with the world changes.
You stop being subjected to the life you have built and begin creating the life you truly desire.

## DAY 1 — SOVEREIGNTY

## A space to slow down, feel, and meet one another without masks.
A relational and embodied ritual designed to move beyond automatic patterns, release our strategies, and return to a simpler, more vibrant, more embodied presence.

## DAY 2 — THE ART OF POWER

This evening is an initiation into The Art of Power.
## What this space allows you to explore
- recognizing what you truly want
- reconnecting with your living desire and learning to express it
- speaking the truths you have kept locked inside
- meeting the fears that restrain your voice and power
- exploring different ways of asking, receiving, and taking your place
- experiencing yin and yang polarities within the body
- observing your relationship with submission, dominance, and power
- releasing the anger, intensity, or authority you have learned to suppress
- meeting the parts of yourself that fear being too visible, too demanding, or too powerful
- no longer waiting for someone else’s permission
- transforming powerlessness into movement and choice
- reclaiming a calmer, more conscious, and embodied power

- Breathwork, embodied activation, energy rising, and drumming

Some explorations will be individual.
Others will take place as a group.
A significant part of the work will be experienced in pairs.

You will always be free to slow down, adapt an experience, or choose not to participate in an invitation.

## Ophélie Duvillard, Alchemy and Intimacy Guide
Ophélie facilitates spaces of emotional, somatic, and relational transformation.
As the co-founder of HolyMystic, she has spent several years creating immersive experiences that bring together:
presence,
shadow work,
embodied spirituality,
emotional work,
the body,
relationships,
and awareness.
Trained in coaching at HEC Paris, she has explored a range of approaches around the world:
spirituality,
sacred sexuality,
energy work,
initiatory rituals,
and somatic practices.
Since 2021, she has facilitated retreats and immersive experiences across Europe.
Her work explores one central question:
What happens when we finally stop playing a character—and begin to truly embody our truth?

- All purchases are non-refundable. If you notify me at least 48 hours in advance, your ticket may be used as credit toward another event taking place within the same year.
- Saturday: 5:30–7:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
- Sunday: 6:45–8:45 p.m. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and close at 6:45 p.m. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
