We’ll cover everything from simple, low-cost approaches to the more advanced setups (including the kind that arrive in large boxes and cost more than your first car).
Along the way, we’ll touch on the physics and chemistry of roasting—not to impress anyone, but to give you a practical feel for what’s happening in the bean and how to improve your results.
