With a brief chat to begin, together, we’ll work to improve a sense of “home” within each of us through breath-work, gentle stretching, brief meditation, and occasional mantra, all inspired by recovery and kundalini yoga. This is a safe and calm space where we meet each other whereever we are at on our physical, mental, and spiritual journey.
