Soaring City is a non-profit organization bringing together an unprecedented array of institutions, companies, and government forces to unleash the potential of the Uptown Innovation Quarter.

The Advanced Manufacturing & Robotics Center (AMRoC) Fab Lab is a STEAM learning and idea development center located in the University Mall where people of all ages can explore and learn.

LT3 Labs Workforce Development Incubator is the nation's first and only community workforce development incubator which supports socially focused organizations in developing apprenticeship workforce training in partnership with LT3 Academy.

Directions: From Fowler Avenue turn onto 19th Street North between Walgreens and Portillos and follow the road around behind University Mall. Park in the lot west of the neon green parking garage with the LOOK cinemas sign and enter the mall entrance from that parking lot.
