Homebuying 101! Learn what you need to know about buying your home step by step!

Thinking about buying your first home? Your second? An investment property? Want to know about mortgage interest rates, buying options, the current real estate market?

Please join Alex Murphy, realtor with Century 21 and me, Julia Earnest, mortgage loan officer with Har-co Credit Union, for a free and lively seminar on the homebuying process! We will explain the homebuying process from the things to consider when you first think "I want my own home" to getting the keys to that home.

You will learn how much money and what credit score you need to buy a home, how to "pick your team" (realtor, lender, inspector, insurance agent, etc.) and the steps involved in the homebuying process. ALL questions are welcomed! This will be a friendly, relaxed but also very informative learning environment!

As a long-time mortgage loan officer, I love to help people discover the homebuying opportunities available to them. I'm also an experienced real estate investor specializing in midterm rentals; I think "outside the box" when it comes to real estate!
