Join us for a restorative journey in honoring your body and soul. This gentle flow will be accompanied by uplifting frequencies and music, designed to soothe and uplift your spirit. We will close the session with a calming and sound healing Shavasana to ground our practice and center ourselves in peaceful stillness.
