REHAB LIVE - Session 1 in Norfolk!

Join me on our latest Virginia Beach rehab project! In this REHAB LIVE series you will see first hand how the pros transform a house to get it ready to market. This series is geared for new investors who don't have experience in rehabs. The purpose is strictly education. In this first session, we'll meet in the house before any rehab has been started. I'll hand out comps and the house specs so you can guesstimate what the After Repair Value is (what we'll sell it for when we are done). Then, you will evaluate what repairs/changes you would make if were doing the rehab. I'll provide a worksheet that will help you estimate the cost of your repairs, and we'll have a contractor on hand to help you put your repair budget together. We won't share our plans or budgets with you at this point. You'll have to wait to see what we do! Bring a folding chair with you. Depending on how much stuff is still in the house, we may be meeting in the front lawn.

We'll meet for a second session mid-rehab. You will see the progress we are making and how our rehab plan differs from the one you created. We'll share our complete budget and plan at this point, so you can compare it to what you came up with. This meeting will be scheduled at least a week before we meet.

We'll meet one final time when all the work is done. Then I'll update you as the house is listed so you can follow our progress and see what our final sales price is.

There is a small charge of $25 for this meetup to cover the cost of supplies and because when it is free we tend to have a higher rate of no shows. The small fee will show me the attendees are really committed to learning and will cover all three sessions.
