REHAB LIVE - SESSION 3

At this session, we will repeat the info we shared in Session 2 for those of you who couldn't make it. Anyone who did attend the last session is also welcome to come to see our progress.

Let's meet back at the house and you will see the progress we have made so far. We'll reveal the reason for our rehab plan and also our budget. We are not even close to done, so you won't yet see the finishing touches, but you will be able to see the a rehab in process. After you look through the house we will talk about lending options for rehab projects. Yes, there is still money out there for real estate investors! This is the first step to becoming an investor. You have to know where you will get the money to buy and rehab before you find a house. This session will be shorter than the first. Plan on an hour and a half. I'll stay until all your questions are answered. If you can't make this session, feel free to stop by the house to see our progress.
