Join us for yoga with Meowset every Friday 10am Pacific Time.

Meowset is an RYT200 yoga instructor, specializing in Power Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Kids Yoga. Born in Bangkok and raised in Seattle, Meowset has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 12 years.

Meowset has a background in dance and figure skating, and enjoys empowering her students to find healing, balance, and strength through their own yoga practice.
