Ready to test your strength and consistency? Join my 7-Day Push-Up Challenge and compete for a shot at a free 2-week supply (one box) of Barebells protein bars!

*UPDATE* We now have both a mens and a ladies division- there will be one winner for each division. Ladies division is kneeling push-ups.

CHALLENGE RULES:
Each day, complete 3 sets of push-ups to failure, with 60 seconds rest in between each set.
To be eligible for the prize, you must film all 3 sets (including rest periods).
Not interested in the prize? You’re still welcome to join—no filming required.
Winner = the person with the highest total number of push-ups at the end of 7 days.
Upload your daily push-up total and full video each day to stay in the running.
