A different kind of workout — and a fun way to spend your Friday night!
This isn’t your typical fitness class. During Push-Up Night, we hang out from home — whether you're watching Netflix, getting work done, gaming, or just relaxing — and every 10 minutes or so, we all drop and do a set of push-ups. That's it!
Set a personal goal for how many push-ups you want to hit by the end of the night, and we'll help you stay accountable. No pressure, no judgment — just good vibes, light movement, and some fun group motivation.
What you’ll need:
- A screen to join the virtual session
- A comfortable space to do push-ups
- A goal in mind (100 push-ups? 50? Totally up to you!)
