Wow! 15 years of riding with such wonderful people on such fantastic roads! Joey will be hosting this year's big event at his home in South Lake Tahoe. We'll open the house on July 1st and will be closing it up on the morning of July 8th. Come and commune with everyone as we celebrate Homoto's 15th amazing year with tons of great riding, on and off road. Plus there's plenty of fun stuff to do in and around South Lake.

Space in the house is limited so I've booked some rooms within walking distance. Please RSVP soon so we can plan accordingly. Overall cost for lodging should be pretty low.

**Update on lodging:** To get in on the low price of the rooms I've booked, you must RSVP by **Thursday, May 29th**. If you RSVP after the 29th, you'll have to find your own lodging, but can still come ride and hang with us.
