We organise weekly evening pool training sessions and hold open-water training and fun dives on weekends. AIDA1 Freediving Experience 自由潛水體驗

Learn the essential breathing, relaxation, and safety techniques to enjoy freediving confidently and safely.
The course includes
- 3 hours of Freediving Theory
- 3 hours of Pool Freediving Experience
- Internationally Recognised Freediving Experience Certificate
The theory session will be scheduled before the pool freediving experience at your convenience.
In the pool session, you will learn both static apnea (breath-holding while still) and dynamic apnea (underwater swimming on one breath).
