What we’re about
We are not just an ordinary meetup group, we are a registered organisation in Hong Kong for advocating boardgame culture among the community since 2020. The association intends to promote board game and expand the population of the board game community. We hope more people would appreciate board game, not just the grown-ups but also the next-generation - the teenager and the children. Join us! No matter you are a board game enthusiast or just a beginner, you are always welcome to join! If you enjoy playing board game of any kinds and would like to know more people and make friends around Hong Kong - this group is definitely for you!
We usually organize meetup event once or twice a month. We have a wide range of board games, we believe you would find a right one to begin with. We have theme night occasionally. We are looking forward to seeing you in our meetup!

Let's play in Hung Hom
Hung Hom Community Hall , 42 Bailey Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong, HKWe will host this event at Hung Hom Community Hall Conference room.
We organise board game meetup each month, which is different from a single table board game session. Multiple gaming tables are hosted in each meetup for the whole afternoon, from beginners to veterans. Everyone can choose their preferred games to learn. If you're new, don't worry and we'll teach all the games.
The entry fee for the whole meetup is 50 dollars. Please prepay via PayMe with description "Meetup [Your display name on Meetup]" to guarantee your spot, otherwise seats may not be reserved in advance. Please let us know if you have settled payment or any difficulties on PayMe. Feel free to DM Cathy for any enquiries about reservation.
Features for Our Meetup:
- Free style - You could come at any time, but please note that you might not get into a game if you come too late.
- No worries for what to do, we prepare you games and players. Ready to come and enjoy a great time with some new friends through our games!
- Attendees will receive a name badge upon arrival. Your badge shouldd be worn and visible at all times while attending the event.
- Attendees may be photographed during the event for HKBGCA marketing and promotional purposes.

Due to venue policy, eating or drinking inside the room is not allowed. Please note no-show policy will be enforced. If you cannot come due to some reason, please let us know so we can find replacement before the meetup starts. Absence without any reason will be blacklisted. Please show good manners and respect to other people during gaming session. Behaviours that cause an uncomfortable or unpleasant atmosphere at the table will result in being removed from our future events until further notice.
