This is a Four Weeks/ two evenings a week - 8 evenings in total.
25./26. November, 2./3., 9./10., 16./17. December
Full Hands-on Class.
You will learn many different applications of Sourdough. All Fillings for the products are made in the Class.
Hand outs with all the recipes, written in a professional manner.
Students will produce all their products and take home or taste on site.
HK$ 8,100 Course Fee
