Healing Together: Grief & Life Transitions Support
Grief comes in many forms. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, gone through a divorce, or experienced another life-changing loss, the feelings of pain, confusion, and emptiness can be overwhelming.
This group is a safe and compassionate space for anyone navigating grief or major life transitions. Here, you can share your story, listen to others, and know that you are not alone.
What to expect:
• A warm, supportive environment.
• Opportunities to share (only if you feel comfortable).
• Respectful listening without judgment.
• Themes around coping, healing, and building resilience.
Important to know:
We are not professional therapists — this is a peer support group, not a substitute for counseling. Our focus is connection, mutual understanding, and hope.
Who this group is for:
• People grieving the loss of someone close.
• People healing after divorce or separation.
• Anyone experiencing deep loss who wants to connect with others on the journey of healing.
Together, we honor the past, support each other in the present, and look toward new beginnings.
