在一小時的瑜珈課程中,我們將會練習Sivananda瑜珈。課程內容包括唱誦,調式法、體式練習以及結束時的深度休息。這些練習有助於調整身心,提升靈活性與平衡。歡迎大家加入,一起享受瑜珈帶來的益處與放鬆。

In a one-hour yoga class, we will practice Sivananda Yoga. The class includes chanting, asana practice, and a deep relaxation at the end. These practices help to balance the body and mind, improve flexibility, and enhance stability. Everyone is welcome to join and experience the benefits and relaxation that yoga brings.

Class Schedule:

Regular Schedule:

  • Mondays 7:30-8:30 pm
  • Saturdays 1:00-2:00 pm (2025)
