Let's come together to overcome our mental health struggles and live a worry-free life to the full. You are not alone. Join us and take the first step towards healing and positive change. We can have some activities, such as performance, training mentally and physically, learning movement, dance, music Etc. All movements would adjust you physically and mentally, even your chemistry. we will discuss question and learning every meeting.
The following are questions for this meeting:
1. Describe a situation where you've experienced anxiety. what was the situation? what were your symptoms.
2. Anxiety causes unpleasant result to bring more Anxious. how do we cut this circle to live in the present. Will you able to build positive thought at the moment.
3.Decision-making always makes Anxiety. Big Life decisions can cause a lot of anxiety. you would be afraid of making a mistake. you would be stuck with some mind to believe something will happen under your decision. how does anxiety affect your decision-making? what ways have you found to reduce or manage this anxiety?
4.Since anxiety is an inevitable part of life, we have to learn how to cope with it. some ways of doing this are health, such as exercising, movement. others are unhealthy, such as using substances. what are some healthy ways you cope with anxiety?

5. Anxiety can reveal what matters most to a person someone who worries a lot about illness probably really values health. someone who stresses over finance probably wants security. Reflect on the common themes of your anxiety. what do these themes imply about what matters most to you?

6.Negative causes Anxiety, you believe some things will happens. Can the optimistic thought conquer this situation.

7.you double checked the seat and make sure you didn't lose any your stuff in the flight. but you still lost some stuff after later, but it is not important stuff. Will you hold optimistic thought, let this issue go or you would be anxious for next travel and think this would happen again and you would check seat four times that would strengthen anxious.
