Join us this Sunday for a mindful afternoon of movement, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
✨
🏀 PART 1: Tai Chi Mindfulness Ball Meditation Practice
We’ll begin with gentle, mindful movements using a Tai Chi Mindfulness Ball. This meditation-in-motion practice invites us to slow down, connect with our bodies, and become more aware of the present moment.
✨ No Sports Injuries: Unlike intense workouts that cause tiredness and injuries, our practice focuses on correct posture. The longer you practice, the more relaxed you’ll feel—moving beyond the initial hurdles.
✨ Easy to Learn: Want to try Tai Chi but find it too complex and hard to master? The Mindfulness Ball is much simpler! You can grasp the basics in just 3-4 days.
✨ Body & Mind Wellness: It’s not just about strengthening your body; it’s about cultivating your mind. By keeping your qi and blood flowing smoothly, it promotes circulation and brings a deep sense of relaxation.
✨
📖 PART 2: English Book Club
Through reading and open discussion, we’ll explore how Buddhist teachings on wisdom, no-self, and emptiness can help us understand ourselves and life more deeply.
🌱 Understand your mind:Discover how our perceptions, emotions, and assumptions influence the way we see ourselves and the world.
💡 See things more clearly: Explore how Buddhist wisdom helps us recognise misconceptions and understand reality more clearly.
🧘 Respond with greater ease: Learn to observe your thoughts without being carried away by them, and approach life's challenges with more balance.
🕊️ Find a deeper sense of happiness: Reflect on how happiness can become less dependent on external circumstances.
