Scouting Mong Kok for Sacred Spaces

Details
It's hard to believe that Mongkok was once farmland dotted with villages much like you see now in the New Territories. It's almost impossible to see where these village used to be. Street names, government signs, and of course remnants of traditional cultural buildings. In the heart of Mongkok, Yau Ma Tai, and Ho Man Tin lie two of the most interesting religious buildings in the urban areas.
The first is Shui Yuet Kung on Shantung Street and the other is the S.K.H. All Saint's Cathedral on Pak Po Street. Both are unique in several ways for instance Shui Yuet Kung is dedicated to Kwun Yam (Guan Yin) but is NOT adjacent to the sea shore while All Saint's Church is one of the first Chinese speaking Angican churches in Hong Kong dating back to 1891. We'll also get to walk along Soy Street as well which as those of you who came along on the Soy Sauce factory event will know, the area is the spiritual home of local soy sauce makers. There are many more sites so we'll see how much we can cover...
Let's meet for a quick Saturday morning walk. No formal talks but as those of you who've been on "scouting" trips know, we'll chat about whether or not the locations are worth visits with the larger group.
Thanks for your help and I'll see you all out there!
