Sunday lunch and afternoon Social Scrabble

The purpose of this event is to play the word/board game Scrabble, in a social setting, with food and drink. The FCC is a business not a charity so you must buy at least 2 drinks or, preferably, some food. Water is freely available.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: after several months with multiple no-shows and late cancellations which have left many seats empty, I have decided to change how sign-ups work. People known to me personally may WhatsApp at any time to be put on the Going list. RSVPs in general will open 2 weeks before the event. Everyone must Waitlist. If you are known to me and are reliable then I will move you to the Going list. If you are a first-timer or have proven unreliable then you will need to pay a deposit of HK$50 (by FPS to 91857028) in order to secure your seat. The deposit will only be refundable if you WhatsApp me and provide an acceptable explanation of why you need to cancel. Cancellations in the 48 hours prior to the event will be refunded only in exceptional circumstances.

The room accommodates a maximum of 5 tables/boards of 4.

Although the time is shown as 12:30pm, people are welcome to come later if that fits better for you, but please arrive no later than 2pm.

Because the FCC is a private members' club you will need to reimburse the host (Paul), preferably by FPS, for whatever you consume.

Please update your RSVP if you can no longer make it, so other people get a chance to join this capacity-limited event. People who no-show will be removed from the group. Do it twice and you will be banned.
