Star Trek: Hong Kong - TNG Halloween Meetup

Attention all Enterprise-D crew members,
This is a ship-wide announcement. All personnel are invited to report to Ten Forward for a casual Halloween gathering.
Duty uniforms (TNG-era) are encouraged as we celebrate the holiday. This will be an informal shore leave—a perfect chance to relax, socialize, and enjoy a few synth-ales (or the local equivalent) with your fellow officers.
