水底曲棍球（新手體驗）Underwater Hockey Try Out Session

內容：每月或雙月一次之新手體驗班旨在集中所有初次接觸水曲運動之新手，一起體驗水曲的樂趣。體驗班內容包括水曲運動發源簡介、器材介紹、呼吸管換氣練習、下潛練習及個人傳控球技巧。並會最終進行比賽體驗以體驗水曲之節奏及刺激。體驗班亦歡迎其他程度之水曲運動員參與助教。

Content: This monthly / bi-monthly UWH Try Out session is designed to gather all UWH first-timers to experience the fun of UWH. The session includes intro to UWH development, gears intro, snorkelling practice, diving practice and basic puck controlling drills. By the end of the session, everyone will be able to participate in a real UWH game where you will experience in first hand the pace and excitement of the game. UWH players of all other levels are welcomed to join to help out.

泳池：此乃室內恆溫泳池。深度由約1.5米至1.8米。適合初學水曲及進行不同訓練項目的場地。

The pool: Is an indoor heated pool. Depth from approximately 1.5 to 1.8m. It's the perfect pool for beginners and for conducting different UWH drills.

報名：請最遲於課程兩日前以Whatsapp聯絡負責人報名，以便我地安排活動裝備。建議參加者帶備自己之裝備如蛙鞋、面鏡或呼吸管。本會亦有充足之裝備借用，唯需事先通知負責人安排，臨時出席者不保證能獲分配裝備。

Signing up: Please confirm your attendance by Whatsapp-ing our person in charge no later than 2 days prior to the practice. Participants are encouraged to bring your own gears such as fins, mask, and snorkel. We do have extras for renting but prior notice must be given. Last minute comers are not guaranteed with full UWH gears.

價錢：成人＄150，全日制學生＄100。凡於是次體驗班即時報名參與共六節之水曲初階 (I) 訓練班，可享九折優惠。

Fee: $150 for adults and $100 for full time students. Players who enrol in our 6-session UWH Beginner (I) course immediately after the Try Out will enjoy a 10% off for the course.
