水底曲棍球（中級）Underwater Hockey open for intermediate +

內容：中級訓練主要是讓有基本水曲水平、或對使用呼吸管及腳蹼有信心之人士參與。訓練內容更多集中於陣型、戰術運用，並有較多比賽時間。也歡迎時間上未能參與基礎課程之朋友參與體驗。
Content: Intermediate + training focuses more on UWH formations and tactics, and will put into practice in games. All UWH players with basic skills or swimmers/divers confident using snorkel and fins are welcomed. For beginners, you are welcomed as well if you couldn't join our basic training.

泳池：此乃室內恆溫泳池。深度由約1.2米至1.8米。適合具水曲B1程度或以上之隊員進行戰術訓練、競賽等訓練項目的場地。
The pool: Is an indoor heated pool. Depth from approximately 1.2 to 1.8m. It's the perfect pool for players with UWH B1 level or above for conducting tactics and gaming drills.

報名：請最遲於課程兩日前以Whatsapp聯絡負責人報名，以便我地安排活動裝備。建議參加者帶備自己之裝備如蛙鞋、面鏡或呼吸管。本會亦有充足之裝備借用，唯需事先通知負責人安排，臨時出席者不保證能獲分配裝備。
Signing up: Please confirm your attendance by Whatsapp-ing our person in charge no later than 2 days prior to the practice. Participants are encouraged to bring your own gears such as fins, mask, and snorkel. We do have extras for renting but prior notice must be given. Last minute comers are not guaranteed with full UWH gears.

價錢：成人＄150，全日制學生＄100。
Fee: $150 for adults and $100 for full time students.
