As I turn 40, I've been noticing bodily changes no one warned me about! Like becoming lactose intolerant, getting more chin hair, or feeling super bloated during my luteal phase!
As a personal trainer who's worked with women in their mid-40s and early 50s, I can totally say we all experience these changes uniquely, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution.
I knew I'd hit menopause eventually as my body aged! But no one told me it'd be a gradual process. That's right! You won't just wake up one day and say, "I'm menopause!" Instead, it'll take years, after going through who knows how many hormone-driven changes!
So, if you're a woman going through perimenopause (or simply would like to know more about what it means to be perimenopause) and feel comfortable sharing your experiences with other women, this space is for you!
This group aims to be a no-judgment zone where women can openly chat about hormonal changes, swap strategies, and get emotional support from others on the same journey.
