Thanks for coming to part one of the last meet-up. It was great connecting with other women and hearing about what supplements they are taking to support hormonal changes during perimenopuase.

For our next meet-up, I'd like to chat about exercise! As a female I have been through the phase of doing tonne of cardio over other forms of training. I would love to hear what type of exercise you are currently doing to support your body at this phase of life so that you can keep living the best version of yourself!
