The Velocity Business Mastermind is a new meetup group designed for established buisness owners, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs seeking serious business growth through a structured, accountability-driven mastermind format.
It emphasizes real conversations, actionable solutions, and peer support, avoiding superficial networking.

The group is limited to 7 members, We meet lmonthly for 90-120 minutes, in-person or via Zoom if we have to, every first Monday of the month. It targets brick-and-mortar businesses with 1-3+ years of operation or online businesses actively selling for 6 months to 1+ year. Please no startups that haven’t started yet and no realtorrs (i looks like there are enough realator meets ups in Hawaiii, sorry just want to be exclusive and add the most benifit for our group)

What to Expect?

Structure

Meeting Format:

Business Check-In: Members introduce themselves personally then proffesionally. State there yearly goal to the group.

Accountability Round:
Members report progress on prior months goals and commitments.
We’ll brefly share the last months highs and lows, wins and struggles, of the past month goals they set for themselves.

Hot Seat:
One member shares to the group a challange they’re having in accomplishing a goal or share a problemm you’re struggling with.
Then:
You’ll receive focused group feedback on a your specific challenge.

Next week’s pick:
We’ll pick a person for next months hott seat.

Goal Setting:
Members set goals for next month success metrics. (Smallest steps to accomplish the yearly goal).

Membership Criteria:

Limited to 7 members for intimacy and effective collaboration.

Targets brick-and-mortar businesses (1-3+ years) and online businesses (6 months to 1+ year).

Open to diverse industries but requires a vetting process to ensure fit.

Delivery: Monthly meetings, either in-person or virtual (Zoom), lasting 90 -120 minutes.

Facilitators: Business owners with 15 years of experience in brick-and-mortar stores and online websites, plus owners of previously successful businesses.
